A River Flood Warning has been issued For...The St Johns River
near Sanford...
River levels have continued a gradual climb along the St Johns
River Basin near Sanford, with levels now reaching right at
moderate flood stage. The river stage is forecast to remain
steady through late week before beginning a slow recede this
weekend.
The following product refers to St. Johns River.
The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a
* Flood Warning for
The St. Johns River Near Sanford
* Until further notice.
* Moderate Flooding is Occurring and Moderate Flooding is Forecast.
*At 7.0 feet, Water begins to move over sea wall around Lake Monroe
and rises into grassy areas around the sea wall. Water begins to
encroach on Seminole Boulevard.

Details:
A River Flood Warning remains in effect for...The St Johns River
near Cocoa, Above Lake Harney near Geneva, near Sanford, near
Deland and at Astor...
River levels remain high over the middle St Johns River Basin,
with all forecast points above flood stage. The river stage near
Sanford and De Land will remain steady through the end of this week
before begining a slow recede this weekend. Elsewhere,
the rate of the river receding will be very slow in areas where the
river has already leveled out, and all forecast points are forecast
to remain above flood stage through late week.
Major flooding continues Above Lake Harney near Geneva.
Minor to moderate flooding is occurring over much of the middle
St Johns River Basin, including the forecast points near Cocoa,
near Sanford, near Deland and at Astor.
The Flood Warning Continues For
The St. Johns River Near Above Lake Harney Near Geneva.
* Major Flooding is Occurring and Major Flooding is Forecast.
*At 10.8 feet, Water covers State Road 46 and it may become
impassable near Jungle Road and Prevatt Road. Standing water on
secondary roads near the river deepens to more than three feet in
some areas. Flooding becomes more significant to structures and
marinas from above Lake Harney to the Lake Jesup area.
*At 10.5 feet, Water covers many secondary roads near the river,
limiting access to homes to boats or high terrain vehicles. Flooding
of homes along secondary roads near the river becomes more
significant. Water begins to encroach on State road 46 near Jungle
Road and Prevatt Road.
*At 10.0 feet, Flooding of homes in low lying areas becomes more
significant. Many secondary roads are impassable, limiting access to
homes.
